Maybe in the future have an option to desynth finished item into their parts or raw material? This can activate the economy and people can sell/buy lowlevel items and gear.

It would hurt the economy for those that level DoL jobs, those who craft materials, and D oM/DoW who farm items used in synthesis by lowering the demand of materials. People can still buy and sell lower level items at the moment, there's just no consistent demand for it(On my server at least).
Maybe at least only on items with fur and skins since we havent Shepherd and no news for the implementation. It would hurt the economy for those that level DoL jobs, those who craft materials, and D oM/DoW who farm items used in synthesis by lowering the demand of materials. It kind of needs to be done for Leatherworkers for the time being... But only them.
I would say no, selfishly because I have been leveling miner and I don't want the economy too flooded.
My selfish 2 gil on the matter.
Couldn't we originally desynth beastmen coins ?
I wonder if they plan to add that back, but yes I would like it.
I think we are swimming in mats as it is. Desynth would only compound the problem at present. Maybe if they significantly reduced the harvesting output... but then you'd have a bunch of angry people with picks, scythes, and spears out for blood.
Reduce my mining output and everyone on my server gets a pick in the back of thier heads.
Doing so would rectify the problem of raw mats costing more than finished items (electrum ingot/ore costing more than the rings, etc..) I know people want to make gil and there are legitimate reasons for this reverse but it needs to be fixed soon.
