    If that happens due to how your synced stats work you'll be doing three times more DPS than the sprout anyway (except you'll be pressing 1-2), are you really telling me that it is designed this way so that the new players don't get confused over seeing too many skills/spells used from their teammates? You'd think a sprout is busy trying to figure out their own stuff...?

    Level 50 dungeon packs evaporate faster than you can breath...already. Bosses do it too.

    Also:

    Rotations =/= Damage ?

    Lower level dungeons are already faster and easier than they were in base content because of bloated potency numbers. You're going to go through them at blazing speeds and leaving newbies in behind if you further unlocked the kit.

    The reason sync is there is to keep the power level, in terms of both skills and gear, to what you should reasonably have going in. When I entered Sastasha as a thaumaturge I didn't have much more than my basic fire/ice spells. If there was a black mage with me who could be casting freeze, fire III, leylines then I'd be asking "yo why can't I do that" because I'm playing the same class at a lower level.

    I get that it's furstrating to be synced down to what you're meant to be, but allowing every skill at low levels is just a bad idea.

    Extra abilities and oGCDs will always translate into extra damage since it is more than what you otherwise would have at the level range. Can you imagine a WHM in Sastasha spamming Holy Instead of Stone? Or a Dancer slapping Technical Step around, or a MNK having access to their full utility kit, or a Summoner having access to DWT, Bahamut, or even Phoenix, or an AST having access to Gravity, or a BRD having access to Enhanced Quick Knock prior to those higher levels?

    I get it nobody enjoys being in Sastasha and having access to like 2 abilities.

    To add an example I'm familiar with: Kenki generation on Samurai. At higher levels you deadass gain 5 more Kenki on average per rotation skill you hit, and since skills that use it are generally not reliant on the cooldowns of other skills, you objectively do more damage as you're able to use them more often with no extra cost or effort required on your part other than hitting a button more often. Granted this is more to do with crossing the level 60-70 than pertaining to Sastasha, but I think it nicely illustrates how you just gain more flat damage even without needing to get any additional skill.

    Also, skills that upgrade with more potency as they level. See Stone becoming Glare.
