New Free Company Housing idea.

Posting this here so that maybe the devs will see it? And see how much of the player base may actually want something like this. I've seen some of the ideas here on the other posts and wanted to take this a step further.

Benefits for instanced housing for FCs.
- Frees up housing for regular players.
- Depending on systems, Can give FCs something to do with points and members
- Can give players more housing either in the ward that is instanced or in the apartment depending on how it's setup.
- Can be a FC point sink.. or a gil sink.. Materials sink.. etc..

My proposal is thus..
Have a system for FCs to have instanced housing.. or wards.. That they can work on with crafters and members.. Either through the systems they had in ishguard for building things or through the workshop.. or a combination of both. Obviously with certain items systems or areas.

Fully customizable housing.. pillars.. layouts.. looks.. Foliage .. area.. etc.. Visiting system for people outside the FC.. Maybe FC shops with discounts for the FC members.. a system for that in place as well. The sky is the limit.. Feel free to put your own suggestions that would go along with this here as well.

What I would think to make this even better and balanced is to make your FC Ward based on your Allied Grand Company.

Immortal Flames - Ul'dah
Twin Adder - Gridania
Maelstrom - Limsa

Generally it wouldnt put a huge effect but it would change the price to teleport out of the FC Ward. Additionally it would show "support" to your Grand Company. Kind of going back to the basics.

Or they could just create a better instanced housing system for everyone, player and FCs alike.

If they were going to segregate FC and personal housing, it would make far more sense to leave wards to the FCs and move the personal houses into an instanced system since the number players is much higher than the number of FCs. The wards would get more traffic if every house was a FC house.
