Streaming setup tips

not sure which version of 1050 you have as some have 3gb vram and some have 4gb vram? but either would be fine at streaming xiv. I always set it to GPU rendering on the streaming software as xiv gameplay can suffer if the cpu is being over used AND its better frame rate on the stream too.

So my shows it has for the 1050, total memory is 6996mb, display memory 2996mb and shared 4000mb

I don't know about streaming, but 16gb ram you should upgrade to. It's the norm nowadays rather than 8.

Yeah definitely thinking about doing that but I may just go full 32gb ram since that’s my max

Decent Quality is the key here.
Moblie CPU and GPU. You would have an issue hitting 60 fps at max settings. So you're going to have to give up some stuff to stream.
Also, don't use wifi.

The other questions what is your upstream and downstream. No point streaming 1080p if you're on anything less than 25 Mbps up.

Sadly I don’t have an Ethernet port in my room and don’t wanna really run an Ethernet cable from our living room all the way to my room xD not sure what would be the best and quickest way to run via Ethernet cable

Oh and currently my download speed is 106.9 mbps and upload is 10.6 mbps
