Restriction on House Purchases

My friend and I have started up a new FC and are trying to buy a house. Yesterday, there were two houses available, in two different areas, and they were both bought up by the same person/FC. The FC is only one person, so obviously, this person is either being paid to camp or they are buying and reselling for profit. Either way, it's not fair to the rest of us trying to buy a house in a legitimate way.

I propose Square Enix puts a restriction on how many houses one service account can buy per month in order to even the playing field for all. Not having a restriction only reinforces the black market SE is trying to eliminate.

Wait for Demo to be turned back on in december.
They announced it'd be off at the start of Covid.... and the most recent update showed they would be turning demo back on to open houses again.

FCs can't own more than one house, if you see an FC with more than one house, you lost it to someones PERSONAL home. You may as well get mad that someone got a house at that point xD

Demo returns in December after 10 months of rotting homes and will eventually clear a lot more homes than you think. Then we can survey what’s leftover as the housing issue
