    Free Trial Accounts Technical Issue

    Hello,

    My friend tried to register for a free trial account. After he input the confirmation code recieved by email, the next page showed the it had technical issue. The account has been created but cannot login to FFXIV since it did not link to any services.

    He try the following:
    - use a different browser
    - clear cache/cookies
    - incognito tab
    - using mobile with mobile internet
    and the issue has not been resolved.

    Is there any further suggestions, please?
