Whm don't need it as much because they simply don't have as many ogcd. Also the 120potency on dot refresh act as a tiny ruin2. Not ideal but since they don't have much to weave, I don't see it as a big issue. If anything lilies overcapping is a bigger one and I'd like to see a lily dump.
