    Missing Mount Bennu on my account - 14824555/14824576

    Hi all, i am missing my mount Bennu, i ordered this today and it has not arrived. This was a few hours ago. It is also missing from my purchase history. I would of put this in the ticket forum however the forum would not let me do that.
    Please look into this.

    Account-Wide items purchased from the Online Store do take much longer to arrive than other single character only items, depending on the load of the store and the payment processing systems, it can take many hours in some cases.
    If the transaction is still in the works on SE's end, then it wont show up in Purchase History.
