    DirectX 11 10000002 error when GPU 3D reach 100%

    Hi,
I've been playing FF14 for about 2 years now without any directX problems.
Today I started getting directX 11 problem many times in FF14, it often happened shortly after teleporting to crowded places or when opening new tabs in firefox.

    OS: Win10 64-bits,
GPU: AMD Radeon HD 5800 (had the same driver all the time, since there's no updates)

So I began monitoring my CPU and GPU temperatures, but they were all fine.
Next I began monitoring my GPU Usage/Utilization and found the reason:
Every time my GPU D3D Usage reach 100% I get the DirectX 11 10000002 error (with no exceptions). GPU utilization is also high, but it doesn't reach 100%. Since FF14 often keep GPU D3D Usage around 95-98% I often get the DirectX 11 error, and because of that FF14 have been unplayable.

I have no idea why this start to happened today, since:
    1. I haven't changed/updated GPU driver
    2. I haven't done anything with DirectX
    3. I haven't installed anything the last week.

I need some help with this.

Good afternoon and thank you for posting in the Final Fantasy XIV Technical Support Forums.

Does the crash occur when Final Fantasy XIV is the only program running on the PC? Can you submit a Final Fantasy XIV system report? Simply go to the 'Config' option on the Final Fantasy XIV launcher and to the right of 'System Information' click on 'Display.'

I decided to update my BIOS two days ago, which didn't went fine, because I had to re-install Win 10. But now I have an updated BIOS and a freshly installed Win10 atleast.

I can't find the FF14 launcher, I don't think I have it anymore. But I can start FF14 from steam, which I usually do.
Do you recommend i reinstall FF14?

Anyway I haven't got any DirectX 11 11000002 error since. I have monitored the GPU and I can see that the D3D Usage have gone up to 100% without triggering a DirectX 11 error.
