Castrum is dead. Please do something, Squenix

Actively trying to complete Castrum for a few days and this last pop we had 16 people signed up, up until another critical engagement appeared and everyone withdrew because that's so much more profitable than helping a late-comer clear mandatory quest progression content. They're all happily farming coins outside the dungeon much more efficiently, why the hell would they bother?

I can not believe that Square Enix doesn't have some statistics somewhere that show that out of 100 pops of the instance, around 99 haven't even been attempted and the remaining 1% failed for lack of participants. Surely they can look up the actual figures on their server data somehow. It's insane.

They honestly don't even need to look at current statistics. This situation is something they should have seen coming a hundred miles away because that's just how a player base operates. They need incentives to rerun content. If there is no incentive to do it more than once, many simply won't. It's just common sense. lol For most, the abysmal chance at getting an armor upgrade that gives 3 haste (lol) isn't worth it by itself.

SE thought that releasing two options for bozja would be a great idea, doing bozja inside and doing it outside. well too be fair, SE got tired of whiney losers that constantly complained about eureka and their thought process made them establish this decision. all you can do now is hope things go better when they release that 40+ man raid.

Everyone just calm down. They will fix Castrum eventually. They're not going to let a fun raid that they spent hundreds of man-hours developing become undoable. We'll see a fix in patch 5.45 at the latest, or maybe 5.41 if we're lucky. The reason it's taking this long is probably because they are trying to balance the rewards in castrum with the other content in bozja.

These fixes should have happened months ago while it was still fresh content. If they really want it to be as accessible as they have claimed, anyway.

They probably just want to balance it so that roughly half the bozja instance wants to do it rather than max participation 48/48 every time it pops. Right now castrum is the only way to get some of the best items and essences in bozja, and they may have initially thought that would have incentivized people enough to run it again to re-supply, which is why they didn't want to make changes right away. But it's clear now that that's not enough of an incentive, and so we can expect changes to happen eventually.
