I can not believe that Square Enix doesn't have some statistics somewhere that show that out of 100 pops of the instance, around 99 haven't even been attempted and the remaining 1% failed for lack of participants. Surely they can look up the actual figures on their server data somehow. It's insane.
They honestly don't even need to look at current statistics. This situation is something they should have seen coming a hundred miles away because that's just how a player base operates. They need incentives to rerun content. If there is no incentive to do it more than once, many simply won't. It's just common sense. lol For most, the abysmal chance at getting an armor upgrade that gives 3 haste (lol) isn't worth it by itself.
