. It's not something that should be required sorry. BA is was necessary but this is certainly more than doable if they didn't screw up the rewards structure. A hotfix is incoming and you're more than welcome to push discord, I used it significantly for BA, but it isn't necessary here or should be necessary for this content.

I've got 6 toons who cleared Castrum with it before the hotfix (probably close to 16 clears given some have cleared it 4 times) without using discord and there isn't one that could have cleared BA without discord and I have 8 toons with marbles.

Tell that to JP who farmed BA without discord and good luck pugging castrum, assuming enough people join to begin with xd

Completely untrue. I raided in huge 70+ people raids plenty back in the 90s in EverQuest without any voice communication at all. We communicated in game. Wanna use voice in Savage with a set group who know each other, fine, but it's ridiculous to expect that people are randomly going to get in voice chat for what is purported to be content aimed at casuals. Especially women like myself. I do not get on voice with people I don't know and I know many other women who won't as well due to the harassment we've gotten over the years.

I quit just after plane of power, which was a full on raid expansion. I ran 5 clerics (all the retired ex-guild members) on 5 computer. All i did in all of those raids is
1 - have cleric follow main
2 - find a corner, all face wall
3 - wait until tank pull count down
4 - press 1 on each keyboard, 1 second part for every 10 second.
(repeat for 30 minutes)

of course you don't need a discord for that!

Yep it was bound to happen sooner or later. When it comes to instances like Bozja you really need to get in as early as humanly possible during the time when everyone is rushing it. Anyone that tries to get in late gets screwed over.

I haven't done it in a while, Sure I wouldn't mind more of the gear or a fully upgraded set. but it should have cost 2x as much for the normal set and 1/2 as much for the augment set.

Also, it should have been the same amount of time inside and out not 3 hours outside and 9 hours inside.

Also, castrum clear should give 100% 1 bitter memories. 50% 2 10% 30. And you shouldn't be able to hold more than 6 required for the quest at one time.

Add some clusters while they are at it I hate farming them.

I suspect we'll see a good set of rewards including mettle xp, leveling xp, memories, clusters and perhaps gil and good tomes with a Castrum clear when they hotfix the issue.

And relative to holding more than 6 bitter memories you can collect as many as you like as long as the quest is active. You can't get green memory drops without the quest. I have currently 42 bitters on the character i was using to farm them this afternoon and I only need 24 to finish her additional weapons for roles she has leveled. 3 zone cluster farms can be very rewarding for memories and one certainly doesn't need to do fates in world or run Antitower endlessly.

We don't know what's going to happen in the future of Bozjan. Will they add more ranks? I certainly don't want to touch Castrum if it means I'm going to have to grind even more once that happens.

I think it's a pretty safe bet that the new content when added in 5.45 will have additional ranks. I suspect we'll probably have at least another 10 maybe 15 ranks before the endgame raids can be accessed. Each new Eureka zone that was added required a leveling process in order to complete it and move on to the next zone.

Good god I hope not. Added bolds/underlines for emphasis. I can barely stand getting to rank 15 as it is. I mean I did Castrum quite a while ago for the first time and I was a much lower rank than my current (13).

R15 is a grind I know i've got 6 characters at R!5 but then again I'm crazy and freely admit it.
