    If you want good real old KMMOs feelings, you did forget to ask a drop rate of 0,1% each run on top of your RNG stats, and that the drop can be of every job possible with no shared gear between them, so that the players will farm the boss even longer and stop complaining that there is no long lasting content in the game.

    Let's summarize :

    - you did just beat E8S : there is a 0,1% chance that something appears, and 99,9% that the team gets nothing. Weekly tokens have been removed;

    - on these 0,1% chances, there is 1 chance out of 17 that the drop is for your job. If there is no double in the team, that's almost a 50% chance to get something someone at random can equip, that's not so bad ! The ability to have all jobs on one character has been removed by the way, you should really had read this mail that did ask you to choose the one job you want to keep if you didn't want it to be selected at random while the progress for the other ones did get deleted ;

    - if you did get through these 0,1% and 1/17 chances, you still have to pray that the drop don't have useless stats like having piety and spellspeed for physical dps, or not having intelligence for mages.

    Of course you can't go the KMMO way without adding as well some new items to the mogstation once the players did become so mindbroken that they did become ready to buy anything in the hope that their sufferings due to the awful RNG will end eager to support your great game with their money :

    - a 5 euros/dollars 100% drop boost that you launch at the beginning of the fight, will only last for one try and will be lost if you wipe. Wow, 100% looks like such a huge number ! With that you are totally finally get a drop at each run right ? But in fact nope, since the 0,1% drop rate will only get to 0,2%, leading many players who don't how to do mathematics to complain on the forums that the drop boost item must be having a bug ;

    - a 20 euros/dollars one use item that randomly change the job of the drop you did get. Might seems a bit expensive, but it is still a 1/17 chance to get something you can equip (remember that each character can only have one job now), so it is kinda generous ;

    - a 50 euros/dollars item that will randomly change a random stat. Might seems even more expensive, but if you do get a good roll instead of overwriting a good stat with a bad one, it is kinda overpowered and worth it, don't you think ?

    With the last three items added to the game, some players might of course complain on the forums of what the mogstation has become. But they have already been doing that for years for some cosmetics items, so it is not gonna change anything.

    In the next episode of "how to get your (totally not P2W) old KMMOs feelings back", we will see how all drops are +0 and useless when acquired, and needs to be upgraded to +15 first to be useful, which will permit us to introduce some new cool cash shop items to prevent your hardly earned drop to stop downgrading to +0 when attempting to upgrade it, or even worse, to break it and lose it forever.

    Pretty sure this is exactly what YoshiP doesn't want. This is what killed WoW after all. RNG in RNG in RNG.
