I see you use a AMD graphics card, but also have nVidia drivers installed.
Those will fight with the AMD drivers, and vice versa.
If you are going to continue to use the AMD video card, then completely uninstall both the nVidia drivers/software and the AMD Radeon Display drivers/software, I suggest using a free tool to do so called DDU - https://www.guru3d.com/files-details...-download.html - as it helps get rid of all the orphan files and reset to the operating system display to allow for a fresh install of the current-in-use video card drivers/software.

Also, free up some space on the C drive and install FF14 on it as the game is much less glitchy when on the OS drive.

Lastly, don't use Nexus Mods with FF14, as model/texture/overlay/skin modding is a violation of the ToS.
