Expeditionary turn ins (darkhold,toto-rak,world nm)
followed by supply and provisioning
followed by chocobo escorts and company leves rounding out the pack in a distant last.

^^ This - 12min run - 6 dungeon chests + 5 clear chests - 4 items minimum per run (one boss clear chest can be gil only at times) if it's on good day 3 runs will give each of you 12-13 items, turn them in and you'll have 2000-2500 points. I say this is better than trying DH run every time with 4.
I highly suggest doing Darkhold raids. If you can get a solid group of 4 thats 1 item each for beating batraal worth 1500 seals each plus what ever else you luck out with on the other chests. With my shell we run DH once a week for a few hours and by the end of it everyone has gotten 3-5k items worth of seals.
Duoing Totorak for full clear is good as well.
This right here. If you can get another buddy and do toto-rak you'll rake in loot for marks pretty fast. If you're solo, just slaughter the 35 drop NMs. Their loot is 250 marks a piece.
