Why does nobody want to do Castrum Lacus in Bozja?

So I made it to Rank 10 and all I need to finish the Lady of the Blades quest is to complete the Castrum Lacus Latore. But for the past three days it would pop, but everyone would turn around and bail saying "It's not worth it.". How in the heck am I supposed to complete the friggin quest?!!!

Because at the moment if you're cleared Castrum there is no pressing reason to run it given you can now get coins in skirmishes and CE's. If you're leveling you are going to most likely lose mettle and there is no experience reward in Castrum.

I predict we're going to see another hotfix soon. The development team has to see the data as it pertains to Castrum participation after the last hotfix. I predict they'll probably add experience to Castrum, increase the coin drop amount and perhaps even increase the drop rate for upgrades and other rewards.

I've been watching Castrum too and given I have alts that are or will be leveling and will need clears it's pretty disturbing seeing multiple Castrums simply fail to get enough people or only get the minimun 23 to 28 running it.

Before because it was somewhat of a crapshoot whether your group is gonna be up to it, and failure meant losing mettle/time.

And now apply all of that plus you can get coins outside of Castrum meaning the only thing that Castrum drops that you can't get elsewhere is deep essence shards and a minion.

I cleared Castrum like 6 or 7 times and never got anything worth out of it. Worst case, I died and lost mettle. So I stopped doing it.

Memory drops would be a nice addition as well. I have a slew of roles with 485 relics that need upgrading and it's either cluster/memory farming or fates in world and neither helps with leveling.

More often than not you'll die and lose mettle, and in quite a few cases fail to clear unless the group collaborates beforehand.

That being said I see a lot of people leveling these days, so there is that. Personally, I suppose giving exp would be an amazing start to making Castrum worth my time.. All I see when Castrum pops is lost mettle, deaths, and no exp to boot. I really don't know what they were thinking with these rewards.

I see that you're on Sargatanas as well. I can help you with the Castrum. I'm usually online on Tuesday and Thursday (between 11am and 3pm PST) and on Saturday (between 4am and 8am). I'm European, so my playtimes might seem a little "off". (^_~ )
