What steps could the devs take to better the Open World in XIV?

So, would people be OK with the mass dcs they get in the open world when mass hunt/fate trains are going? Because with how many people play this game on underspecced hardware. That will be a lot.

That is more a side effect of A ranks being on a 3 hour timer. With there only being 12 ShB A ranks every 3 hours people bunch up to get as many pie pieces as possible. If A ranks were on 1 hour timers trains would likely be less necessary and less problematic.
