The scaling of Skirmishes is HORRIBLE for late comers

Not sure about anyone else but unless you were leveling when this first came out this place is absolutely horrible to try and rank up in.

The issue is the skirmishes are balanced around the number of people in the zone and not the number of people within the vicinity of the Skirmish itself it seems.

There is no dynamic scaling at all so if you are in a rank bracket where noone is at you are effectively screwed. Atleast in Eureka I could grind mobs while I waited for other to show up but this place you are pigeonholed with horribly scaled Skirmishes.

This needs to be fixed or this place will not last very long.

Once you get like a bloodsucker essence or something, things become a lot easier to solo in there.
While you're right about Skirmishes, Critical Engagements still scale based on active participants.

Of course you can still grind mobs for clusters and fragments, just not mettle.
