Why doesn't Gravity cause a "Slow" effect? (AST)

Thematically it makes sense, this could also put it on the level of WHM's Holy for dungeons (with its Stun). Did it before? I'm leveling AST atm.

It’s never had a slow effect or any effect except damage. Don’t think they will add it now to be honest.
