    Might not be far off since I think we can place them in dungeons come 5.4 and the explorer mode. If I’m not mistaken?

    That's what was said in the last live letter, though I'm guessing the OP is thinking more about apartments and FC rooms.

    As for the upcoming Explorer mode, it will only be part of Shadowbringers dungeons at first so characters without sufficient MSQ progression won't have access for now.
