Function Keys Not Targetting Correctly

I'm not sure if any else is getting this problem but as a white mage it's horrible. My last few function keys don't seem to target who they're suppose to. F1 to F4 function fine all the time, F5 bugs from time to time and F6 to F8 never work right at all. I know the keys aren't broken because they tend to target at random the people in the F1-F4 slots in the party. It's a real problem to have to target allies manually even with the filter turned on. If someone moves even an inch then it messes everything up.

As for my set-up I play using a newer model logitech usb controller and only use the keyboard for the targetting. I can't bind the targets to the controller for the obvious "there's no where near enough buttons to pull it off" problem. Either I need to rebind the keyboard somehow or find out what's causing the original problem.

*EDIT* Ok so I've sorta figured out the problem...messing with my key bindings just to find another problem. I have no idea what F7 and F8 are actual attached to. This fixed F6 but I'm really confused now.

*EDIT 2* Nevermind figured it out...but it makes no sense to have the keybinding this way by default. Why set it up any other way when the first few function keys are already set up to target party members in order?
