Will there be a PS5 Shadowbringers collectors edition? (physical)

Just wondering if there would be a PS5 Physical version of Shadowbringers CE just like when the ps4 version was released back then.

Would be great if they release the physical edition again.

AHAHAHAH There will be a FFXIV for PS5 I'm sure it's in the works.. to think it's not is laughable. But not till 6 or 7

Devs did mention a official Ps5 version of FFXIV is in works but wont be happening anytime soon, current guess is for 6.0 launch but could also be further down the line due to covid push back.

That was different though, and merely to fufill a promise SE made back when FFXIV 1.0 was first announced in 2009, that it would be released on the PS3. Due to 1.0's famously disasterous launch however the PS3 version was never released, so Yoshi was determined to make up for that with releasing ARR on the PS3 instead. But it was never intended to be a long-term thing, and so the PS4 version replaced it.

As others have said, a PS5 version is planned but not any time soon (considering the equivelant barest minimum requirements the PC version of ARR can physically run on is a ten-year old PC with 4gb of RAM and Win XP SP3 (although officially SE does not support that anymore), there is really little to be gained for a PS5 version at the moment anyway.

I'm sorry but you are wrong, I've played long enough to know that they re released the CE of ARR when PS4 came out. And I was able to get one in fact, because at launch ARR is only for PC and PS3 and a year later (I think), PS4 was released. So they re released the CE for that.
