Character statistics page?

Hi guys, just moved from WoW to FF and have to admit loving the game. Having a OCD moment with the game, is there a character statistics like in wow where it tracks your current character's number of death, failed quest and as such exist in game, currently I can only locate achievement and hunting journal. Much appreciated.

Nope, unfortunately there isn't. There is hardly any Room for failure in many aspects in the Game, including Quests, you can however fail FATE's but that also isn't recorded anywhere.

Thanks for the reply, phew that's definitely good news for me then. I get annoyed when I receive involuntary "quest abandoned" in WoW.

Yeah, I can't think of any statistics that keep track of failure. The only quests I think you can fail are gathering leves, but that's pretty hard to do if your gear is up to date. And even if you do fail, it's definitely not keeping track.

The only place that keeps track of any statistics are third party sites where people upload parses (taken with third party software). But people generally only record endgame content and nobody is gonna hold anything against you in normal content for your parse, and I've never actually run into anyone who looked me up to check my parse in what savage content I have done with pugs.

I failed a combat leve the other day, so it can happen too. I was qued for a dungeon and it was taking too long, so i started to run the 5 leve challenge log entry. I finished 2 or 3, then the que popped while i was working on the next one. I had defeated all the enemies, but the timer hadnt stopped yet so it counted as a fail. I also remember farming leves in HW for chests when i needed some amber-encased vilekin for something(maybe this was relic related?). Spawn the leve, look for chests, end the leve without doing the work, spend an allowance to try again, check for chests again. It was like 100 times quicker then finishing leve, running back to ishgard, getting reward, and taking leve again. This method is also sometimes used in attempts to spawn the S rank for the hinterlands(if anyone cares about that these days).
