Did you get enough data OP?
1&2: Yes, and I do it almost daily; sometimes multiple times a day.Hello!
I have some questions for those who are familiar with the mentor roulette
If you have mentor roulette unlocked:
1) Do you queue for Mentor Roulette?
2) If so, do you do it Daily?
3) What content do you usually get when you queue for mentor roulette? (example answer: Sastasha lvl 15, Garuda Hard Mode, Void Ark, etc)
For everyone:
Do you think the requirements to unlock Mentor Roulette are fair?
3: It's typically a mix of dungeons and raids/ trials; about a 3:1 ratio. The raids are usually Alex, and trials are ARR EXs. I rarely ever get low level dungeons (under lvl 20), alliance raids (unless filling in), or guildhest. This might be due to queueing as healer. Lately however I have gotten Sastasha and Copperbell Mines at least once a week. I'll say that's probably because of the extended free trial.
I will say though, Castrum Meridianum and Praetorium are a very common occurrence for me as healer. I always have fill in-progress on...and I almost always queue into one of those two or an ARR Dungeon.
Lastly, I believe for battle mentor the requirements are fair; as in it being not too hard or too easy (I cannot speak for crafter mentor). I feel as though making the requirements harder really doesn't get "rid of the bads". Those people will always be the way they are. Even if they did revise it again, many of us will mostly likely meet the new requirements (at least I didn't have to do anything extra with the latest change).
*At the end of the day, I get what I get. Do I like constantly getting Merid or Prae, of course not. But, I get it over with and move onto the next. I feel as though this is just part of being a mentor, or rather simply doing the roulette. We are really just fill-ins for groups who need players. Many of my queues don't even have sprouts.
And, If I'm not in good spirits I simply don't do content with others until I feel better. The same if I get bored with it.
May the stars light thy way.
I dunno about thou MSQ number. It does take up the most time while doing mentor roulette thou. They long AF.
No, we won't get the MSQ Roulette bonus amount in Mentor Roulette. We get the once daily bonus of tomes (Phanta 30, Allegory 10) and 7,110 Gil. (*Gil is not tied to daily, we get the same amount from multiple runs.) EXP is of course moot since we are at cap level.
I would assume, and correct me if I'm wrong, that we can do these as separate roulettes to get both daily bonuses even if we were queued into MSQ through Mentor Roulette first.
May the stars light thy way.
Just like every other roulette its bonus are tried to queue for that specific roulette. If you get a MSQ for mentor roulette you get the lower mentor roulette reward. You can still do the MSQ for its normal reward before or after. No exp is earned for mentor since you have to be lvl capped to queue for it.No, we won't get the MSQ Roulette bonus amount in Mentor Roulette. I thought so, but wasn't a hundred percent sure. Thank you.Just like every other roulette its bonus are tried to queue for that specific roulette. I have mentor roulette but queue for it only as DPS because then i get the shorter duties like guildhests and get one step closer to the mentor's mount.
