1&2: Yes, and I do it almost daily; sometimes multiple times a day.
3: It's typically a mix of dungeons and raids/ trials; about a 3:1 ratio. The raids are usually Alex, and trials are ARR EXs. I rarely ever get low level dungeons (under lvl 20), alliance raids (unless filling in), or guildhest. This might be due to queueing as healer. Lately however I have gotten Sastasha and Copperbell Mines at least once a week. I'll say that's probably because of the extended free trial.
I will say though, Castrum Meridianum and Praetorium are a very common occurrence for me as healer. I always have fill in-progress on...and I almost always queue into one of those two or an ARR Dungeon.
Lastly, I believe for battle mentor the requirements are fair; as in it being not too hard or too easy (I cannot speak for crafter mentor). I feel as though making the requirements harder really doesn't get "rid of the bads". Those people will always be the way they are. Even if they did revise it again, many of us will mostly likely meet the new requirements (at least I didn't have to do anything extra with the latest change).
*At the end of the day, I get what I get. Do I like constantly getting Merid or Prae, of course not. But, I get it over with and move onto the next. I feel as though this is just part of being a mentor, or rather simply doing the roulette. We are really just fill-ins for groups who need players. Many of my queues don't even have sprouts.
And, If I'm not in good spirits I simply don't do content with others until I feel better. The same if I get bored with it.
