    The FFXV event

    I'm hearing recently that the Final Fantasy XV was very detailed and fun with its own instances and story?? I'm a new player and I'm so surprised that this event was somehow limited! It feels like it should've been permanent side content, are there any hints as to if it'll come back??

    So far I have not found any information about this. But I doubt that this will happen again and you will have to spend money for the car and the clothes at the shop. There was also the FFXIII event. You can find the clothes now only in the shop

    The FFXIII event came back like 3 times before it even went on the shop, I believe they said (in a Live Letter maybe?) they want to bring back the XV event but they're not sure yet when.

    The special events are in rotation. We even got the DQ event back recently. We can assume that both Shantotto's and FFXV's event will eventually return.

    I'm not sure about Shantotto. I've seen a few events cycle through twice now but I haven't seen that once... and isn't that where the minion came from? It's now for sale which makes it less likely to reappear.

    FFXV though, it definitely sounds like it'll be running again.

    They did say during one of the Live Letters earlier this year that they intend bring back the FFXV crossover, possibly in 5.4, but they need to find a good place for it among all the other seasonal events.

    YoshiP also said they are trying to not go overboard with special promos right now with coronavirus, so they'll definitely wait until the Yokai Watch event is over at the least.

    I missed it the first time around, definitely want to check it out.
