Class Quests Should Be Required.

So I did yet another World of Darkness today with people who were seemingly missing vital abilities.

This time, a pair of newbie White Mages who apparently did not have Medica 2. Several group members asked them to please use Medica 2 during the various fights, and they didn't cast it a single time, so we're going to chalk it up to they probably didn't do the class quests.

IMO, before you go to Cape Westwind, Minfilia or perhaps one of the GC Commanders, whoever gives you the quest to go to Westwind should go "You need more training to undertake such a dangerous mission!" And the quest to go to Cape Westwind should be unavailable until the Lv50 class quest has been completed.

They do that very same thing in ShB, where the role quests are required to get to the end of the MSQ in ShB, and I feel we should do the same thing in HW and SB, too.

EDIT: IMO, I think Qing for any x0 duty should require class quests up to that level to be completed.

Like, if you Q up for a Lv50 duty, you must have Lv50 class quest done. If you Q up for a 5/6/7 at Level 70 and you only have the Lv52 class quest done... you can only get Lv50 dungeons.
