Wands and Scepters should be applicable to Canes and Staves as glamours!

This is probably the least of anyone's glamour-related priorities, but with how many pretty Wands and Scepters there are in the game, which could suit a lot of outfits perfectly, it's a big shame that they are mysteriously not allowed to be glamoured onto their two-handed counterparts.

Sometimes the fact that they sheathe on the waist, or just their small size alone make them really desirable, so it would be great if we could see this implemented without necessarily making the shields for BLM/WHM a thing again.

Heck, maybe this would let some of the future weapons for those classes be small and practical as well, for a change from all the staves!
