I actually did forget about those since collective is the one I normally see most. Meditate, anatman, improv are downtime channeled and i'd like to see in combat ones for dps. Flamethrower is horrible and does need to be changed. Passage of arms is fine and is mostly just a downtime one too. Downtime in fights even cutscenes seems out of place for me in most cases. Especially the quick action events.
