That said, Rainmeter is the likely culprit.
It sets up it's own display overlay using DirectX.
Final Fantasy also runs in DirectX, of which Rainmeter is likely using a higher Dx version than FF14's Dx11.
Running more than one version of DirectX at the same time can sometimes cause a Dx crash, at random.
Try fully disabling Rainmeter (or uninstall it) and see if the crashes stop.
