Cannot finish ARR MSQs due to raids

As was pointed out to me, and as I found is true... They are not raids, they are alliances. There are almost no mechanics left, they are just large number of players doing a fairly simple dungeon now. I went through the three with only one death/rez. Zero wipes.

Please allow a story skip for this.

As those three alliances are pretty much at the end of ARR... https://store.finalfantasyxiv.com/ff...gb/product/574 is the skip. You will sadly miss out on the final fight into Ishgard and a bunch of important cutscenes.

I think you would be better served to grab one of the DPS classes unlocked at 50 and let yourself be carried through the alliance, then change back to tank after.
