2.0 will likely disappoint me because it will make FFXIV a game that would have done moderately well 2 years ago, and not be able to compete with the market when 2.0 actually hits. I am hoping to see some glimmer of hope in 2.0 where SE pulls out some crazy, unique ideas, but I will not hold my breath.

It's a bit saddening, when I think of all the time and feelings put into my character only to possibly have her lost because this game doesn't live up to being worth playing.
