    Gridania... The New HQ market?

    I vaguely remember seeing a thread a while ago that brought up the idea of People using Gridania to sell HQ items. I decided to make a new thread for this topic because I realized with the market ward improvements recently announced for 1.22, this idea makes a lot more sense.

    Since right now it is sometimes hard to sell HQ items due to the items list only showing the cheapest items, it makes sense to put a retainer up in Gridania to sell HQ items. If enough people caught on to this, this system would help people sell their HQ items.

    the problem is i dont sell enough hq items to dedicate a retainer for hq only

    Edit:- I would to have some way of searching only for melded stuff. quite annoying when my double melded stuff doesnt show on the list cos theres a thousand non melded going for less

    The way I see it, is as there will be a Search Bar you can type into, those looking for an HQ item of a material would simply just search for the item and put +1 or +3 on the end, thus only getting results that are HQ.

    This. HQ is a part of the item name, so no reason that it wouldn't work while searching by name.

    What they need to do is list all the items after performing a search or make a search possible for just the hq version of the item.

    It does but Iron ore +1 starts with Iron Ore +1.

    It means you cant search for Ore, as that is in the middle.

    Would make me laugh it it meant you could only use the first word. Such as "Water" for "Water Shard" and billion other things.

    Then it would be pretty much useless, but lets hope SE didnt make something useless, lets hope!
