Tig pl biddies. IDC, I agree with OP lemme knock up my EB for 5 or 6 weeks sub time, they get an infant minion they can summmon, after another 6 weeks sub time they get diaoer lalafel minion, after a 3rd full weeks not nulling or voiding their EB they get a minion of light/like minion
Also this is a serious topic guys, any alternative to OP being honest to their EB should be reflected in their minion, and should be taken to the courts in ul'dah, obviously.
Lets be real OP you want immersive end game, this is totally what you desire.

While pregnant NPCs would be possible, pregnant player chars would not be due to how gear is tied into the model in this game.
They would need to re-do pretty much every chest/leg piece if they gave players the option to show a pregnancy.

Needless to say, that is an unrealistic expectation.

There's even a Viera giving birth in one of the Rak'tika sidequests. (Despite any other evidence of Viera males even existing.)

I've always been curious how Au Ra reproduce. The sexual dimorphism between the two genders make it less than practical, if not impossible using conventional methods. Are their offspring born alive, or do they lay eggs for males to fertilize like other reptilian species?

Given that they can interbreed with the other Spoken races (a sidequest in the Ruby Sea mentions a Hyur/Au Ra hybrid in the distant past), it's safe to say that they birth live offspring like everyone else.
