Honestly, to add to this, just find as many people from your FC as you can to queue up in a party with you. That's how we ran some of the folks in my FC through the Ivalice raids. The more people you can guarantee are in the queue with you, the quicker it pops; if you have a full party of 8, then that's only 16 more people that need to be found.
