If you can find a healer to queue with you it will likely help.

The roulette meant to fill that queue is Alliance Raid Roulette which, sadly, is currently being ilvl-cheesed to ensure people get the lower level Crystal Tower raids since people are bad/lazy and don't want to do mechanics. They're basically unequipping gear so they're below the minimum ilvl to get higher level raids (like the Ivalice series) and therefore extending queues for people who are trying to get them done.

Honestly, to add to this, just find as many people from your FC as you can to queue up in a party with you. That's how we ran some of the folks in my FC through the Ivalice raids. The more people you can guarantee are in the queue with you, the quicker it pops; if you have a full party of 8, then that's only 16 more people that need to be found.

Via a crossworld linkshell a friend organized our first run of the most recent 24m on the morning it came out, if you can fill all the slots queues are irrelevant \o/

Besides ilvl cheesers, there is also the fact that CT is now required to advance into Heavensward and that trial players now have access to this content and not level 70 content. That will be sending a lot of honest roulette players into those earlier raids.
