House sale system

Please give us an in game sale system that does not discriminate. How it would work:

You as a player go to an in game tool where you set your requirements for a house which maybe be one of the following:

- Size of house
- Desired plot(s) or ward(s).
- Look for a fully furnished house, not furnished or both at the same time.
- Gil storage the system may address to find you a house that meets your requirements. It serves like a wallet where you "store" gil to be used automatically.

(keep in mind that more requirements means you might have to wait a very long time before ever getting a house that meets all those requirements).

This option would allow houses to be sold while fully furnished (maybe with added pics?).
Sellers would be allowed to add a bonus margin to the standard FFXIV housing price of between 10 & 200% so they'd regain the price spent on the furnishing if this is the case or get a decent profit if they invested a lot of time and energy on the design.

This would enable housing lovers to make a legal market of house sales and since everyone would have to wait "in line", everyone (even those with less time) would get a fair chance to get a house at some point.
(House ownership is moved instantly once the system gives you priority and all requirements are met, even if you are not online when it happens)

You dont watch reddit housing for ffxiv or party finder do ya. People sell plots for relocation and plots attached to a free company as is right now

SE doesn't want houses to be an official commodity in the game. If they did, such a system would have long since been implemented.

With the way housing is implemented it seems to be viewed by the devs. as a rare resource, I just hope that an improved instanced form of housing is implemented that is readily available for any player who is already qualified to purchase a house, at least players will have a house and if he or she so chooses, the player can still try their luck with plotted housing.
