The Skirmishes that lead to the CEs that lead to the 1v1 Duels have a minimum 1 hour respawn. In my view, these should be reduced to 30 minutes in 5.4. If you are chosen to do a 1v1 and you lose, instead of the 1v1 despawning, another eligible person at random can attempt, up to 3 attempts before the 1v1 despawns (since each attempt is a 9 min enrage, and assuming a 30min respawn, you don't want to have 19 people attempting a 1v1 @9min each preventing the spawning Skirmish from popping)
So, what are all the fates needed for sart? Bar absent friends and steel and man? or whatever they're called
