    - As I've stated in thread, there are many other ways to restrict area access without disabling an already unlocked feature and physically slowing the player down. This is still a redundancy.

    -You’re a third of the way there then. Put in the rest of the work or have someone carry you to them. Being overleveled at the start of an expansion is not a justification for instant rewards.
    -You had to unlock flying in most RPGs within probably the last third or quarter of the game. You just have to do it with maps now. It’s a slight inconvenience at worst.
