Are the players Bozja less friendly?

To fill the background for my question.
I did not get to start it on day 1, I started about 2 1/2 weeks after launch.
I do not have a premade party to enter it with a dedicated goal.

It just seems no one wants to PUG unless you are already rank 12+.
I have been in Bozja 5 or 6 times now for about 1-2 hours each time.
I shout for parties on a periodic rate and never receive an invite.
I have the flexibility to be any job; no help.
I have only been in a party one time, I received an unsolicited invite while I was fighting a Skirmish alongside a party. 6 of the 8 ppl in the party were rank 13+. I then spent the next 60-75 minutes fighting alongside that party, going from rank 6 to halfway to rank 8.

Bozja removed the searching for a party flag; which was a good feature in Eureka.
Groups just seem less friendly; turning the slow rank leveling grind into a boring "solo" experience in pure group content.

Almost none of the skirmishes can be soloed but forming a group randomly appears to a significant issue. I will continue to gring the rank levels but just want to see if this behaviour was just my random bad luck or is this something wrong with the design?

The best time to solo initiate a part is during critical engagements, where people are desperately trying to get a party made from scratch, this is your time to post in say chat "inv to party please" usually if you're not screwing around and being active afterwards, the party wont disband if theyre all doing Skirmishes. At least from my experience in bozja. Mileage may vary on your server, but to me it seems like they sort of do parties very loosely like FATE farming parties. Usually people opt out of the party afterwards for whatever reason, time out, or doing Castrum or other things, but usually they just keep the party open from my experience because more is better in bozja just like in FATE parties

Also if youre low level you can reach all the regions, so some groups wont inv you as you cant reach the higher zones...

This is very true for bozja, for sure. Either way you do it, i just have found that in CE(you wont be invited to the higher rank ones anyway) that is your best option beyond shouting endlessly.

Agreed this is the most effective method. Just go solo for FATE's as a Martialist tank until you get a CE pop, then type "lfg" or such into /say and you'll find a party soon enough. These parties often stick together for FATE's afterwards, but even if they disband you can rinse and repeat.

Players overall seem friendly enough. There are usually a few players below 10 in most FATE groups and I've even seen several Castrum's fail and the group just shrugged it off with "good try".

yeah i really dont see any of the bad behaviour like that on my server, maybe im blessed, but it seems to work out just fine, as you said. I feel for OP and other posters if they are really really having bad issues, but from my experience, even with friends in an incomplete party, we always add as many lfg before the CE begins, because that only benefits everyone, esp if you get a LB gauge out of it
