SE: Please fix the "Saint of the Firmament" title

I made a post about this previously in the Technical Support forum but never heard back, and SE has yet to fix this issue:

Does anyone here know if there's a work-around for this yet? I end up never using this title because I have a specific title set for each class/job that is applied via macros, but SE has failed to account for the fact that there are multiple "Saint of the Firmament" titles...

You seem to be correct. I just tested it on this character that earned the title in Phase II and on one of my alts that got the title in Phase III. The macro will work for this character but not my alt. The game is probably only checking to see if the Phase II achievement was completed instead of both Phase II and Phase III.

You definitely want to report this in the In-Game Bugs forum using their required reporting format.

Could someone please advise what template I need to use for an issue like this that isn't specific to me and isn't tied to a specific time / occurrence / world / etc.? I tried making a post but it got moved to the "Insufficient Information" forum, but I'm not sure what further information SE needs to fix this issue - what I provided them should be more than enough to understand and address this issue...

I had originally posted in the technical support forum... it seems like it got moved (I did not post my original post in the General Topics forum and only noticed that it's now there because you pointed it out). As noted above, my most recent post also got moved to another forum. :-(

if theres information requested that you dont have, either "Unknown" or "N/A." Try to the best of your abilities to fill in all the blanks. Even if you koow the info but don't feel it's relevant, just fill it in regardless.
