What's funny to me in this kind of thread is that you're a hardcore player you dont enjoy the game or the simple stuff, while being an hardcore players makes you play the whole thing, thing casual players do not.
Even lore wise there was and still have stuff tied to high end content, and you dont do it as casual players.
Hardcore = access to 100 % of the game.
I just play the game and have fun.
That is all.
Can you give me the number of your alchemist?XIV is made exclusively for hardcore players.
It's designed arround Japanese NEETs to be predatory on their health issues. Abuses of FOMO.
At least thats my perspective, and i don't play little, i guess im just unefficient and feel like everything is too far away, like role mounts, mentor things, pfffffff
I enjoy it being casual friendly.
My WoW hardcore days are behind me and I don't miss them.
I'm honestly a hardcore player who only has casual time because of real life. While I have limited time to play, I do read guides and want to perform at my best.
The problem I have is there is a huge gap between playing optimally and the crap you see from the players in this game in average groups.
Just because your casual doesn't give you an excuse to not aoe and to not keep your gcd rolling.
I don't care if you are casual and are not playing optimally. What I do care about is lazy gameplay and expecting to be carried.
Point is, if you can't be arsed to atleast try to hit a gcd every 2-2.5s based on sks/sps you are wasting my limited play time with your laziness.
If someone is "the best and the brightest", they have better things to be doing with their talents than becoming good at a video game.
If someone wants to become great at video games, being a speed runner, ect. I wish them all the best. But being good at video games isn't important.
❤️Hydaelyn is precious Crystal Mommy!
Nothing is important and we will all die sooner or later so why bother ?If someone is "the best and the brightest", they have better things to be doing with their talents than becoming good at a video game.
If someone wants to become great at video games, being a speed runner, ect. I wish them all the best. But being good at video games isn't important.
And being good at something doesn't mean that you do nothing else.
