In reality, the game is made to cater to a lot of groups, as more groups means more customers and that's good for business. The reason why stuff like ultimate exists is for one group (and because it makes good streaming), but you're right: most of the game is meant to be clearable at a pretty low level of skill. That's why we have things like roulettes and first time bonuses. It's expected that as content ages, more players will be good at it and can carry along a few others who aren't yet.
Exactly. Most of the game isn't designed for hardcore players. When you see a player (especially if they are a returner) make a mistake in a dungeon or find an alliance raid a bit hard to grasp because they died a few times, telling them to "git gud" is unhelpful. Be the nicer person and help them through the content without insulting them with phrases like "git gud" or "stop dying".

"Hardcore" players have the right to demand competency in hardcore content like Extreme or Savage. But if someone is telling others to "git gud" when they find Bozja difficult, that crosses a line. Helpful tips to improve are welcome, such as showing the infographic on Red Comet (which I found very helpful). Unhelpful comments are those that can simply be summarized as "git gud, you suck".
