We are currently experiencing technical difficulties wherein players cannot access the Balmung World on FINAL FANTASY XIV.

The issue is being addressed, and new updates will follow as additional information becomes available.

During the below time period, players were unable to access the Balmung World in FINAL FANTASY XIV.

We are pleased to announce that the issue has been addressed. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.

Please note that this issue was caused due to difficulties with the database equipment. As stated in a previous announcement, if you wish to have an item lost during technical difficulties reimbursed, you may then contact a GM who will investigate your case and reimburse any items that can be restored.

* Unfortunately, we will not be able to reimburse any items that were lost due to a rollback.
