Help GM! My character is missing!

Help! My character Seirra Lanzce when missing after i return to character selection screen!

All i did was running out of UlDah then heading towards the lvl 1 Camp, but then i realize my audio is playing the UlDah's theme even when i reach the camp! So i decided to relog, by going to character screen, and then it happen, my character went missing!

OMG! D: help!

Steps:
1) Run out of UlDah, and notice that the UlDah theme song still lingers.
2) tried to mount Chocobo, no respond. Still able to talk to LS mates and change LS channel.
3) Return to Character Selection Screen and my character is gone.
4) Exit the game and relogging again.
5) Still no character, even my other character is missing (Sieghardt Hearthfildt)
