Quick synthesis crafting and HQ results Q and a macro syntax reference question

When using the Quick Synthesis crafting option, does the game assume a flat HQ % regardless of the materials or does it "act almost as smart as you" in someway? The percent of HQ items I get while using this feature always seems to be just under 10%.

Also, I had been using ffxiv.consolegameswiki.com/wiki as a macro syntax but I've realized its not up to date. For example, the "<wait.#>" param in /action isn't detailed and I'm fairly sure I saw a ffxiv macro command that had been added in 5.x in a reddit post but wasn't in its listed on the consolegameswiki site at all. The in game info doesn't seem to be complete either. Is there a more accurate and complete command and syntax listing on another site?

I would prefer seeing the syntax and figuring it out for myself than seeing other people's examples.

It’s a flat rate and using HQ materials doesn’t affect it.

As for your text commands you’re checking third party websites but forgetting the first party site!
