commercial DOL and DOH

this would be a new feature in FFXIV and it wold work like this:

1). commercial district is a district like the housing district. there are districts for every DOH & DOL job.

2) you buy a property similar to buying a property for a house.

3) the commercial property comes in 3 sizes small medium and large.

4) the property once bought is locked to that specific DOH or DOL job.

5) you purchase set grid sizes that allow you to commercial create certain fish, trees, botany, mining or any other item. these can be purchased in small medium and large sized grids.

6) there are furniture items to buy that you can use to process your farm yields to make different more desirable items, that can be put on the MB or used for other endeavors.

7) the commercial endeavors would need many people working on them to complete tasks and objectives and keep item production up. so they would need to operate like a FC. so they are not easy to do as just 1 person with a lot of gill. there would need to be lots of tending to the business by various individuals.

8) all collectable gathering items would be used in the district for crafting furniture, interior decorations, and a whole bunch of other new items. 1000s of new crafting items

9) to not flood the mb with items most items would be used to craft bigger bettter items that would be sold on the mb.

10) lower level items that flood the mb would be better served donating to the commercial business. through the means of a commercial business chest.

11) the commercial business chest is owned by the owner but it can not have items go out... only items go in... the items inside the chest are put to use in the commercial business automatically and do not need interaction by the owner.

12) rewards are issued monthly and yearly for the best preforming business district's on each server. with exclusive minions, mounts, items, glamor, and armor.


commercial business battle:

1) commercial business can fight for control of stat boost like xp +5% or various other stat boosts for everyone in the company.

2) stat boosts are earned through pvp.

3)pvp earns rank and reward

4) rank and reward system is like Grand Company ranking. you move up through the commercial company with better titles and rewards.

5) rewards for pvp members are issued through an NPC just like the Grand Company rewards...

6) promotions are just the same as Grand company promotions... you have to fulfill requirements to get them...

7) promotions come with access to bigger and better non-craftable items for your commercial business.

8) commercial businesses do pvp because the stat boosts are for the district. so the company controls the districts stat boost.


just for fun:

1) more quests where you have to jump to a platform. they are fun and there are not very many!
