QoL Suggestion: Automatically Level Sync for FATEs toggle

I like this idea. As a PS4 player, it's a tad more cumbersome to hit the level sync button than with KBM, so I'd be down for this.

As noted above, create a macro with /levelsync in it and place it somewhere on your crossbar. A trick that made Eureka way better, not to mention to bazillion of other older FATE stuff.
