Trying to unlock Rowena's House of Splendors

Hello, Im currently trying to unlock Rowena's House of Splendors, I already did the two prerequisite Quest, The Better Half and Inscrutable Tastes, but when I go to Lydirlona in Mor Dhona she doesn't give me the Go West, Craftsman quest. I tried to switch my job to my level 70 weaver and botanist but nothing come up. If I can't unlock the Rowena's House of Splendors, how do I get White Scrips? Please Help~~~ ><

House of Splendors is unlocked by doing Inscrutable Tastes. That gives you access to the Scrip Exchange and Collectable Appraisers in Mor Dhona and the 3 ARR city states. If those NPCs won't talk to you, then you didn't complete Inscrutable Tastes.

Go West, Craftsman unlocks access to the Splendors NPCs in Idyllshire. If you have access to the Mor Dhona Splendors NPCs but Lydirlona doesn't have the quest, you completed it already (it will still appear even if you haven't reached Idyllshire in the MSQ yet). Go check the NPCs in Idyllshire to make certain you can talk to them.

There will be another quest in Rhalgr's Reach to unlock access to the House of Splendors NPCs there.

White scrip is the reward for level 80 DoH/DoL though you can get it at level 78 doing level 78 collectables. You will need to talk to Mowen in Eulmore to unlock access to the level 71+ House of Splendors NPCs and collectables.

i have already talked to Mowen in eulmore but the catguys ins't still there. MSQ is done until Credit roll. Have still no idea how to get the colletibles working in Eulmore.

You need to keep going through the MSQ. Kai-Shirr's delivery quests don't become available until a specific later point.

It's the NPC next to Ishgard's leve quest.
I missed it too and was wondering when I was gonna get to collectible lol

It's easy to miss cause of leve unlock quest bubble block it from map view.
