Add lootboxes to the game that contain Edenchoir weapons

from a gameplay perspective it makes zero sense to give non-raiders access to raid gear when they have zero use for it

Better gear will always be useful for any and all max level duties that do not have item level sync.

That said, there is already augmented tomestone gear in FFXIV, so not having the actual savage raid gear is not really a big deal either way outside of wanting a dyeable version for glamour.
